Ken Robertson
Manager of IT and Product Development
 Ken has been with Growth Stage since its inception in 1995. Ken designed and developed the initial technologies used by Growth Stage, and has since moved into the role of Manager of IT and Product Development. Ken currently oversees all current development incorporating the Growth Stage technologies, as well as new product and model development.

Mike Giles
Business Development Manager
Mike is responsible for all of the Business Development activities Growth Stage is undertaking in Canada and the United States. Mike has 17 years of experience in the Crop Protection sector of the Agricultural industry. 
Mike was the first client of Growth Stage when he was Product Manager for Sandoz. After the Sandoz/BASF merger, Mike joined the Growth Stage team as a partial owner. Mike is responsible for the direction and coordination of the five Business Development Representatives that are calling on prospective US clients.
